Fees & Financial Policy
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on several factors:
-
the location of the tooth or teeth,
-
the nature and complexity of the procedure, and
-
type of treatment: trauma, surgery, re-treatment vs initial
- root canal treatment.
During your consultation or first appointment, we will discuss different treatment options and provide you information regarding your treatment plan, as well as the duration and number of visits your treatment will require. We will also review your insurance benefits (if applicable) and provide you our best possible estimate of your insurance coverage and responsibility. Please bring your insurance card or information with you.
Our fees are based on the excellent care, highest quality treatment and personalized service we provide for you. So that we can provide all of our patients with the high-level of care that they deserve, payment is expected on the day of treatment.
To help you plan, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved at your first visit often over the phone, in advance, when possible, or at your first appointment. We accept cash, checks or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) payments. If you have a medical spending plan through your employer, we will submit documentation of your treatment and payment so you will be reimbursed in accordance with the terms of your plan. Or, if your plan doesn’t require documentation, we also accept Flex Health Savings Account (HSA) Cards that function as Debit Cards.
Minors - Patients under the age of 18
A legal guardian must accompany the minor to his or her appointment and be present in the
office during the appointment. It will be the legal guardian’s responsibility to pay for the
procedure at that visit
Missed Appointments
We usually reserve 1 ½ to 2 hours for your treatment. Please respect the time that has
been allotted to you. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation without adequate
notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients.
